Shipping

Orders will arrive within 2-7 business days after your order is placed via regular ground fedex/ups, unless we inform you otherwise on our website or by email.  Shipments leave from New Jersey and transit time will vary based on your distance from our facility.  At this time, all shipments will be shipped via ground shipping. We are not able to expedite shipping.

First - we suggest you check for crumbs on the hands of family and friends... If that doesn't lead to your order, email us at goodonya@onyabars.com - we’ll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for any errors in the order or the address provided which result in our shipping company not being able to deliver the order.

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we might not catch your order in time to adjust or cancel it. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact goodonya@onyabars.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

REFUNDS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong items so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with ONYA, please email us at goodonya@onyabars.com within 14 days of receiving your package and we will refund your purchase.
